But you have to make sure that the person in charge would be very knowledgeable with social media – not just able to maintain his or her own personal accounts. He or she should also be able to track the analytics that would come with each social media site for check and balance with all the efforts. He or she should also be knowledgeable with all the relevant keywords that should be integrated with the content. That person should definitely be well versed with the company’s goals and vision. Everything that he or she would do should be in line and lead or even surpass the goal. As things continue to ramp up and it becomes too much for a single person to handle, that’s when it’s time to bring in more help.
